This elite jazz team is designed for serious dancers who are ready to take their skills to the next level. Students must be enrolled in at least three other dance classes in addition to this team to foster well-rounded training. This competitive group focuses on advanced choreography, performance techniques, and teamwork in preparation for competitions and showcases. Dancers will work on developing their individual artistry, stage presence, and collaboration skills while learning challenging routines that highlight their abilities. This program emphasizes commitment, discipline, and a deep passion for dance, offering an exciting opportunity for dedicated students to shine on stage!
Coordination and strength is a focus in all of our classes to ensure our dancers are prepared to execute specialised dance skills safely. Dancers learn basic muscular anatomy to develop their knowledge of body mechanics and proper dance technique as well as dance concepts to enhance their dance vocabulary and problem solving skills.
Requirements: Jazz 4 level completed. If your dancer is new to the studio or has never taken a jazz class please contact info@quintdancecenter.ch for a trial so that we can properly place your dancer.
Hair: All dancers are required to come to class with hair pulled back from their face and up. This ensures your child can see clearly while they are dancing.
Dance Attire:
Girls: Black leggings and a leotard & Jazz Shoes
Boys: T-shirt and Sweatpants & Jazz Shoes
Dance Shoes: Jazz shoes are required for the class and are available for purchase in our retail shop.
