Join us for a captivating journey into the world of musical theater! This class is an opportunity for your child to shine on stage, develop new skills, and create cherished memories. Through storytelling, music, and movement, they’ll discover the magic of the performing arts and experience the thrill of bringing characters to life. This dynamic class designed to ignite your child’s imagination by bring their favorite stories to life through song, dance, and drama. Your child will explore the three pillars of musical theater: singing, dancing, and acting. From catchy show tunes to heartwarming ballads, your child will develop vocal confidence as they learn to sing with expression and perform in front of their peers. Dancing is an integral part of musical theater. Your child will learn choreography that complements the story, enhancing their ability to communicate through movement.
Our class fosters a strong sense of camaraderie and teamwork. Your child will make new friends, share the stage, and support one another as they work together to create magical performances. Our teachers specialise in nurturing young performers, creating a welcoming and encouraging environment for every child.
Previous Dance training is needed for this class.
Dancers are required to come to class in the assigned class attire. All dancers should have their hair out of their face while dancing, dancers with long hair must have their hair up. (Buns not required). No costume jewelry, crowns or tiaras please (we provide the girls with plenty of costumes and props to wear throughout the term!)
Dance Attire: Comfortable clothing, clean dance sneakers or jazz shoes recommended.
