Description

Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a comprehensive workout that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and mindful movement. Through precise exercises and controlled breathing, you’ll discover a path to improved posture, enhanced well-being, and a more balanced body. Led by our experienced teacher, Pilates places a strong emphasis on engaging your core muscles. You’ll learn how to activate and strengthen your deep abdominal muscles, creating a foundation of stability and balance.

Through slow and purposeful exercises, you’ll develop better body awareness, coordination, and alignment. Pilates enhances flexibility while promoting elongation and improved posture. Learn how to synchronise your breath with movement—a hallmark of Pilates practice. This mindful approach enhances relaxation, reduces stress, and enhances the mind-body connection.

All levels are welcome!

Dress Code

Comfortable workout wear. Grip socks or bare feet are suitable for Pilates practice.

Please bring your own yoga mat.
