House Rules
registration
All dancers must be registered through the QDC registration platform before attending class. All dancers registered in the Fall Term are automatically enrolled for Spring Term in the same class.
No registration in February 2025 is required. Each Term (Fall &Spring) are billed separately. Invoices for Spring Term will arrive via email in December 2024.
Missed classes
In the case of a long absence (3 weeks or longer) due to illness or an accident, missed classes will be credited to your account at QDC and that credit can be used in any of our events, workshops or retailshop. All our dancers have 2 makeup classes per term.

- FALL TERM: payment due by August 1
- SPRING TERM: payment due by January 30 (bill for SPRING TERM via email in early January)

At the moment we don’t accept cash payments in our studio.
Photography & Videos
Throughout the term we take lots of photos and videos. We use some of the photos and videos to promote our services on social media and our website. We will share the photos with you. Please let us know at the beginning of the term, if you do not want your child photo used on social media. We try to avoid using faces and never identify anyone in any of the photos.
Parents watching class
Once a year we welcome families to come into the studio (Demo-week) and watch their dancer’s class. With the exception of Mommy & Me, parents are not permitted to sit in the classroom during the term. This includes also trial classes. Parents in the classroom, especially in our younger age group, is very distracting for the class.
Every Spring Term we invite you to our Big SPRING SHOW, your child will perform on stage with the class.
